  1. From Home screen, tap Apps icon.

  3. Tap Application Manager.
  4. Tap the Application you wish to uninstall.
  5. Tap Uninstall button.

  7. Tap OK.
Here's how to Reinstall your Snapchat App
  1. From Home screen, tap Apps icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap More tab.
  4. Tap Application manager.
  5. Swipe the screen to the right and tap Disabled tab.
  6. Tap the app you wish to reinstall.
  7. Tap Enabled button.
After you do the methods, try to launch again your app and see if the issue still happening. If so, proceed to the next method.

Step 3: Create a backup and reset your phone
In this procedure, we have to bring back the device to its original form by deleting everything saved on your phone like: contacts, photos, music, apps and etc. But the good thing is, if your Galaxy S4 has serious firmware-related problem, then, this step has a huge chance to fix it. Here's how:
  1. Turn the phone off completely.
  2. Press and hold the Home, Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
  3. Release the Power button when the phone vibrates but continue pressing and holding the Home and Volume Up buttons.

  5. Using the Volume Down key highlight 'wipe data/ factory reset.'
