Access Point Name (APN) is a settings name or a gateway so that your phone can connect to your carriers cellular network and to other internet network. So, if you reconfigure your APN settings and you enter a wrong character, then, that would be a reason that you encounter different types of issues such as: unable to send and receive images (MMS) and unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network. In this tutorial, we have to teach you on how to reset your APN settings.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap More networks.
  4. Tap Mobile networks.
  5. Tap Access Point Names.
  6. Tap the Menu icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.
  7. Tap Reset to default.
  8. Tap Reset.
