Some people are having trouble finding/viewing the duration of their previous calls on their Galaxy S4 smartphone. Others said they can only view the duration of the most recent calls, but unable to find of any past calls they received on their device.

Here's the problem detail relayed to us by a Galaxy S4 owner who's having the same issue:

"I'm trying to view the duration of my previous past calls as I'm trying to account my billing statement. But for some reasons, I can only seem to find the most recent one. I'm also not seeing the Log tab.

My Galaxy S4 is running 4.4.2. I know it should be in there but I just can't figure out how to get to it. Please help!"

If you too are having the same issue, then here's a quick help for you.

1. Tap Apps from the Home screen.

2. Next, tap Phone to open or launch the Phone application.

3. Tap on Recent option, located at the top of the Phone screen. You may need to scroll down a bit to view more details of the previous calls (depending on the number of calls you've made or received).

4. Scroll to and tap on the previous call you want to view details of.

You should then see the date and time when the call was made/received, and the duration of the call will also be shown below that in a smaller font/text.

Let us know if this has addressed your main concern.
